Zangdok Palri, the Glorious Copper-Coloured Mountain, is the manifestation of the Pure Land of Guru Rinpoche or Padmasambhava, the "Second Buddha" of Tibetan Buddhism and great tantric master who brought Buddhism from India to Tibet. It represents his enlightened wisdom and compassion.

The third section is The Sacred sites of Guru Rinpoche in Bhutan followed by descriptions from Lopen Kunzang Tengye; Pema Wangdi.
The final section of the book is the Aspirational Prayers of the Glorious Copper Colored Mountain from the Longchen Nyingthig terma collection as discovered by Kunkhyen Jigme Limgpa.
Throughout the book are colourful and highly detailed photographs and images of stunning quality.
